Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a store credit to be used on a future purchase in the form of an e-gift card. Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached. If an item is available for a straight exchange, the option will appear while completing a request through our returns portal. We will ship the exchange free of charge back to you. You are offered a prepaid shipping label at checkout. The label cost is deducted at checkout, please read the return summary. Please make sure your return request is approved prior to to shipping the item(s) back. If you choose not to use our prepaid label - please send us an email with your tracking number to paste into your return request. Our return portal automatically tracks the label we issue you therefore the return is processed based on the shipping status. When you use your own label, we manually process your return in order as received.
